Shipping cost

Our standard shipping rate is R160 per order unless a different rate is shown at checkout.

Order processing

Orders paid by manual EFT are prepared after the payment has been received and confirmed. Please use your order number as the payment reference so we can match your payment correctly.

Delivery and tracking

Delivery timing depends on the destination, product availability and courier network. When tracking is available, the details will be shared after dispatch. Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct when placing your order.

Receiving refurbished or pre-owned products

Please inspect your parcel when it arrives. If the parcel appears damaged, photograph the packaging and product and contact Leefair as soon as possible with your order number.
